WHO IS ELIGIBLE? - Seniors who have lived in rural Wisconsin for at least two years and are planning to pursue a degree in a field that will support the economy and well-being of rural communities in Wisconsin, such as agriculture, healthcare, large animal veterinary care, environmental studies, and sustainable practices.
