Reagan Doell was named a candidate for the Presidential Scholars Program in October 2024. Candidates were selected from nearly 3.6 million students expected to graduate in the U.S. in 2025. Inclusion in the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program is one of the highest honors bestowed upon graduating high school seniors. Scholars are selected based on superior academic achievements, leadership qualities, strong character and involvement in community and school activities. Reagan has moved on to the next round and a panel of educators appointed by the President will announce the winning scholars in May.
