The L-C Facilities Department is focused on providing a safe and secure environment for students and staff. The L-C district includes five schools, one Student Services building, and one sports complex.

Facility Use/Rental

The Luxemburg-Casco School District encourages community use of school facilities when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school activities, and is not detrimental to the purpose of schools.

To request the use of District facilities, please follow the instructions below:

1. Please read through the Use of Facilities – Guidelines. This document governs the use of all L-C property and includes the Fee Schedule and Insurance Requirements.

2. A current Certificate of Insurance must be on file with the District prior to facility use.

3. Check facility availability. Go to Facilities Calendar Use the filters on the left-hand side to check availability.

4. First-Time Users of the System: Register your organization as a Facilities Requester. Go to L-CSD Facilities Request System and click on “Become a Requester” at the bottom right of the page. Complete the online form and click on “Submit Registration Form” at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email message to verify your account.

Returning Users: Go to L-CSD Facilities Request System. Enter the system using your username and password. Click “Login”.
